CANCELLATION POLICY

Every appointment is a space intentionally held just for you. ♥ When you book a treatment, I reserve that time with care, preparing both the space and myself so you can arrive fully supported. If you need to cancel: Life is beautifully unpredictable, and I understand that plans sometimes need to change. If you need to cancel your appointment, I kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice are subject to a 35% cancellation fee. This fee reflects the time that was reserved specifically for you and the opportunity to offer that space to someone else. If your cancellation occurs within one hour of your scheduled appointment, a 50% cancellation fee will apply. If you're rescheduling: If you're simply moving your appointment to another day, your 35% cancellation fee will be applied as a credit toward your rescheduled appointment at checkout. My intention is never to profit from life's unexpected moments, but to honour the time that was held for you while making it easy to continue your care. A note from my heart: This practice isn't built on rigid rules. It's built on trust, reciprocity, and respect. Emergencies happen. Illness happens. Life happens.
